The room was big and had a nice sofa, giving it a spacious feel. Plenty of room for luggage and a functional desk that was great for working. The bed was comfy, but the carpet had a smell and could use a shampoo. Staff were friendly and the entire place felt clean. Nice pool area too!

We had an amazing time with friends exploring Medieval Times and enjoying a show at Red Clay Theatre. The nearby hiking trails were perfect for our group, and our room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly, and we loved the pool area. For future guests, expect some noise in the corridors at night, but overall, a solid choice for a fun getaway.

One minor issue was the broken ice maker during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient when we needed ice for our drinks.

The room was nice and clean, and the bathroom was actually spacious which I wasn't expecting. Plus, the air conditioning was a bit noisy but I found it didn’t bother me much, almost like white noise, ya know?

It wasn't exactly cheap, but I suppose for what you get, it was still acceptable.

The absence of an elevator made moving luggage challenging.

The deluxe king room had a flat-screen TV, coffee machine, and refrigerator. The bathroom was nice with free toiletries. Also enjoyed the fresh breakfast with baked goods. The fitness center was great for workouts, and the outdoor pool was refreshing. Parking was easy and the lobby smelled really nice!

Had a great time with my friends! We enjoyed hiking and live shows at Medieval Times and Red Clay Theatre. Perfect for any adventure seekers. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfy. Heads up, though, the hotel had some operational issues with the bistro, so don’t count on that for meals. Overall, a solid stay.

Unfortunately, the bistro and Starbucks weren’t operational during our stay, which was disappointing since we were looking forward to those options.

I liked the spacing of the double queen bed room and all the soap options in the bathroom were nice. Comfortable beds but that doesn’t make up for the other issues.

Location is near major attractions, making it convenient for families. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired. stained carpets and a bathroom that had an unpleasant odor were disappointing. Staff engagement was lacking, especially in the Bistro where the service was inattentive. Overall, the hard bed and dated decor did not meet expectations for the price paid.
